King City Cinemas reopened earlier in November. A King City father-and-son team reopened south county's only movie theater, saving the town's 12,000 residents an hour drive to Salinas or Paso Robles, just to catch the latest flick. The reopening came more than two weeks after King City Cinemas owner, Gene Harvey, closed its doors. The theater has three screens. more>>
